Club House Tripping

At Villa de Mercedes, the beauty of nature more than just sits as a distant view from your home. It is nature at your very doorstep and the world unfolding before your eyes. The natural terrain of slopes amidst grassy meadows and local flora and fauna, greet you each morning.

The majesty of Mt. Apo bidding you good day as you leave home in the morning, is rivaled only by the calming welcome of Davao Gulf as you drive home at the end of the day.

Combining the best that life has to offer, Villa de Mercedes is situated within Toril at 535 feet above sea level, yet only 30 minutes away from the city. It is a breathtaking residential development nestled atop the hills of Catigan.

I've been there and witness the beauty of Villa de Mercedes.. See pictures below.

Bio solid for today's technologies

N-Viro International Corporation (NVIC)is to renew waste products into valuable
end products that have the capability to reduce global CO2 emissions and provide cost effective fertilizers to regain balance to nutrient depleted farmlands. In doing so, N-‐Viro meets the demands of a growing energy in-‐tense world and replenishes overworked agricultural soils for increased harvests. The Company develops, manufactures, and markets flexible processes that treat and recycle waste-water residuals. The corporation is the first to offer cost effective, safe and reliable solutions for treatment and reuse of waste-water byproducts.

N-Viro's approach goes beyond simply selling a technology that meets an immediate need, to establishing a continuing partnership with its customers in the effort to meet the needs of today, as well as to prepare for the needs of the future.

Effective March 3, 2010 there was a memo from DFA that they will be going to process an Electronic Passport. It uses biometrics to authenticate the identity of travelers. They have an adjustment in payment fee:

Php 950.00 for 24 working days
Php 1,200.00 for 14 working days

For Renewal:
