Aspire to Gain Weight
Many people think I don't eat a lot..but how can I prove them wrong, that I really eat a lot (arggghh).
There were times I don't like my being petite but unsaon nako pagpataba nga dli man jud ko motaba maski unsaon ug kaon ug inom ug mga vitamins (hahayz)!! wla jud evidence sakong gpangkaon, nawong lang jud ang motambok. One factor, maybe because of the genes of my mother side.
One afternoon, when my hubby visited in our house, gkan pako natulog and i wore pajama and loose tshirt (so murag payat kaau ko saiyang panan aw), he told me.. naunsa naman ka oi payat naman kaau ka!!! I replied and said, pangita nalang ug broiler didto! he laughed out loud and said lami man ang native.
Being skinny is not easy, but other people find it a good body structure. There were also disadvantages for me being a skinny (based on my experience) 1. ang small size, dako/luag pa sa akoa 2. not confident to wear sexy tops and dress 3. when i wanted to buy pants, t-shirts etc., libuton sa nako tanan malls before ko mopalit.
Last Saturday, I enrolled at smashville fitness center to their weight gain program, because I think its a good start for me to have physically fit and of course my main target is to gain weight atleast maunoran lang man ko gamay. My officemates also enrolled to their program but its for weight lose. They evaluated my vital stat, height and my weight. In fairness, I am underweight (lolz!), I weigh 39 kilos and dapat I'll reach atleast 45 kilos. Last day, I started my first day of program. Sana lang naay output akong effort. And now, gpamaulan kog taman huhuhuhu. Until here, and soon I'll update you if nag gain nakog weight (harhar).
