Aspire to Gain Weight

Many people think I don't eat a lot..but how can I prove them wrong, that I really eat a lot (arggghh).

There were times I don't like my being petite but unsaon nako pagpataba nga dli man jud ko motaba maski unsaon ug kaon ug inom ug mga vitamins (hahayz)!! wla jud evidence sakong gpangkaon, nawong lang jud ang motambok. One factor, maybe because of the genes of my mother side.

One afternoon, when my hubby visited in our house, gkan pako natulog and i wore pajama and loose tshirt (so murag payat kaau ko saiyang panan aw), he told me.. naunsa naman ka oi payat naman kaau ka!!! I replied and said, pangita nalang ug broiler didto! he laughed out loud and said lami man ang native.

Being skinny is not easy, but other people find it a good body structure. There were also disadvantages for me being a skinny (based on my experience) 1. ang small size, dako/luag pa sa akoa 2. not confident to wear sexy tops and dress 3. when i wanted to buy pants, t-shirts etc., libuton sa nako tanan malls before ko mopalit.

Last Saturday, I enrolled at smashville fitness center to their weight gain program, because I think its a good start for me to have physically fit and of course my main target is to gain weight atleast maunoran lang man ko gamay. My officemates also enrolled to their program but its for weight lose. They evaluated my vital stat, height and my weight. In fairness, I am underweight (lolz!), I weigh 39 kilos and dapat I'll reach atleast 45 kilos. Last day, I started my first day of program. Sana lang naay output akong effort. And now, gpamaulan kog taman huhuhuhu. Until here, and soon I'll update you if nag gain nakog weight (harhar).

Btw, alternate jogging is one way of gaining weight mao may ingon nila..ehehe mga sweets na food like ice cream og kaon taman pagka midnight for slower digestion. bow! hehe

ka relate ko sa imong post.. sa una pud nalibog ko unsaon pagpataba ke hastang payata jud nku. Murag halos kaila nku mag comment na nga need na dw nku mag gain ug weight. naulaw na pud ko ke murag wala ni fit akong body sa akong age...hakhak... maski unsa nku kaon dili man jud ko mutaba.

Then, isa sa akong college friend gi-recommend ang Fern-C ..gi take sad nku ug cge lng kaon ug sweets.. nyaahhaha
Tama si bevs.. kaon lng more sweets like ice cream ug chocolate as midnight snack nimo. Sa dihang.... after 8 months guro.. dugay pud noh? napansin nlng pud nku na murag baktin na ko ..huhuhuuhuh... tsk tsk.. giganahan pud ko nga murag wala sa result sa akong pagpataba,, na miss nku akong slim body.. pakkkk!

for bevs - hi bevs thnx sa advice ahehhhe na! usahya ikaduha mna jani ko mokaon ug dinner then lahi pa akong kaon nga heavy sa office nga rice huhuhuhu. dli palang cguro time nga motambok ko atleast lang man unta oi nga magkalaman ko harhar dli pud ko nahan anang tambok jud kaau hahah murag lahi na nga storya. thnx gurl ;)

for jean - hi jean thnx sa advice hehehe.. maka miss pud diay ang slim? murga lain mna gud pud tan awon oi 26 nako payatot kaau ko murag ako ray wa nag progress ba akong mga kaila nga payat dati ning progress na ilang lawas hehhehe. pero d pud ko nahan anang dako pud kaau tama2 lang pud cguro kanang atleast lang man naay unod akong lawas heheheh. thnx gurl ;)
